The prompt and efficient manner in which you handled this for me has restored my faith in human nature. The two lovely men Robbie and Raf who installed the guttering did such a great job, with a lovely smile and a pleasant and courteous nature., and not a swear word to be heard the whole time they were here. If this is the calibre of the staff you employ your success is guaranteed. Rafe even went the extra yard and won my dog over..not an easy task as she has been abused and doesn't trust men (she didn't like the previous plumber) but Raf was determined to make friends with her and did. That meant a great deal to me. I would be more than happy should you require me to do so at any time, to endorse your company and the fine service you offer to any of your potential customers.
